We use what we ship
We do not build anything we do not use every day. You cannot know what is frustrating, what is slow, or what is genuinely needed unless you live inside the product yourself. Analysing user complaints is not the same as feeling the friction firsthand.
This principle naturally limits what we build. If we would not accept it for our own work, we will not offer it to a customer. If using it makes us embarrassed, we do not ship it.
Our first customer is us. If we are not satisfied, nobody else will be either.
