What this covers
This website provides information about Corent. It does not provide an account service, product interface, API, or federated network. At launch, inquiries use direct email to mail@corent.fyi, and the website contact form and policy-update request are unavailable. Statements about a form or request apply only when that feature is enabled.
What we process and why
A direct-email inquiry includes the sender’s email address and message. When enabled, a contact form processes an email address and message, and a policy-update request processes an email address. We use this information to answer inquiries, process an enabled request, operate and protect the website, and respond to rights requests and legal duties.
PostHog receives only the page visited, site language, coarse browser and device categories, how a visitor arrived, links and menus used, and page-performance measurements. We do not send form values, message content, page text, full referring addresses, or an account or device identifier.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics does not set or read cookies or browser storage, and does not use person profiles, session replay, heatmaps, advertising, or cross-visit identifiers. Technologies needed for website delivery, security, or language preference may be used. You can limit or delete cookies or storage in your browser settings.
Processors and international processing
Cloudflare handles website delivery, transmission, and security and, when forms are enabled, forwarding forms. Google and Google Workspace handle mail at mail@corent.fyi and, when enabled, invitations, membership status, and policy-update delivery for the Google Group policy-updates@corent.fyi. PostHog handles restricted cookieless website-use and performance measurements.
Cloudflare and Google may operate in multiple countries. PostHog processes the restricted analytics information through its service in the United States, and a source IP is visible to PostHog while an internet request is delivered.
Retention and deletion
We delete or stop handling personal data under our control when it is no longer needed. Inquiry mail, policy-update requests or membership status, analytics information, and provider records may remain while needed for inquiries, notices, website improvement, security, disputes, or legal duties. We retain only what is needed for the stated purpose.
Your rights and questions
You may ask whether we process your personal data and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. You may also ask us to delete inquiry material or stop policy-update notices by writing to privacy@corent.fyi. The full text lists the privacy contact and grievance-and-relief channels.
Where the Korean and English texts differ, the Korean text governs.
